Today Ethan had his very first birthday party! It was a blast! We all had a great time, especially Ethan. All of our family members came from the grandparents down to the cousins, as well as our close friends with their babies. We had some good grub -
Fatz Calabash Chicken, a baked potato bar, veggies with dip and of course, birthday cake with vanilla ice cream. And oh my, the cake turned out better than I could ever imagine! It was SO cute and even tasted good. He had a good time with the mini smash cake, which was in the shape of a train. It took him a while to get started, but once he did, it looked like a train wreck! Ethan also got SO many gifts, we ended up having to put some up in the attic to pull out when he gets bored with his old toys! We really appreciated our guests coming from a far to see Ethan and enjoy in this very special day. Everyone loves him so very much and it's evident in how much they do. He's such a lovable boy! I hope he had a good day and now he's sleeping peacefully in his crib - probably in a sugar coma from all the cake! Enjoy the pictures:
