Who Says You Need The Rain?

I bought these ADORABLE rain boots for Ethan at a consignment store a while back and have been waiting for the opportunity (ie lots of rain puddles) to get some cute snapshots of him. Go figure - it pours down rain today all around Rock Hill but not enough at our house to give us rain puddles. I say WHO CARES! So I put them on Ethan and we headed outside. It was quite hilarious because he couldn't really walk in them quite right and he was getting so frustrated! I was just cracking up the whole time! He finally mastered it and I got some decent pictures! Enjoy!
