Happy Birthday Ethan!

As of 3:59 P.M., our little booger is OFFICIALLY ONE YEAR OLD! Merry Christmas AND Happy Birthday Ethan! Thinking back to when he was born, it just doesnt' seem real that this year has flown by as quickly as it has. We truly feel so blessed to have him in our lives. He has made us realize what true love really is, and it came in the form of a baby boy given to us from God. We are so thankful for the time God has given us with him and look forward to many, many more memories in the years to come. HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY ETHAN GRAHAM CASSIDY! Here are some pictures to reminince back on the days when he was so small and his journey to becoming a one year old:

Welcome to the world little one!

HOMECOMING

FIRST NIGHT HOME
Here he is doing his Cherrio face -
it suits him perfectly now because he LOVES Cherrios

ONE MONTH OLD
This is when he was starting to realize there are
interesting things to look at, like Abbey. We
started doing tummy time too - he hated it!

TWO MONTHS OLD
He was just learning how to smile and we LOVED it! We felt so warm
and fuzzy inside if we could do something to make little man smile.
Look those chubby cheeks! I could just squeeze 'em!

THREE MONTHS OLD
This was right at Easter when we gave him his Easter basket. Of course, he had
no idea what was in the basket, but he really liked this lamb my mom bought him.
First signs of how sweet he would be later on!

FOUR MONTHS OLD
My oh my - I thought his cheeks were big at two months! Look at those
monstrosities! Oh but the bigger the better. This is when we spent some time
enjoying the beautiful spring weather, and I really just wanted to take a picture
of him with this cute hat!

FIVE MONTHS OLD
This was taken shortly after he started really rolling around and almost
sitting up on his own. What a happy baby he was! Doesn't he look
like he's about to go play golf?

SIX MONTHS OLD
This was his first time in the swimming pool at my mom
and dad's house. He seemed to like it pretty well, and now
he REALLY likes the water, but in his bath.

SEVEN MONTHS OLD
This is probably one of my most favorite pictures of Ethan.
It was his first time at the beach and being the natural
scrapbooker that I am, I thought this would be the perfect
picture to scrapbook!

EIGHT MONTHS OLD
He was now officially a pro at crawling and he was
all over the place! He loved getting from Point A to
Point B by crawling as fast as he could.

NINE MONTHS OLD
He's such a ham! He is so interested in the camera
and if I could get him to smile or laugh, I thought I
was doing pretty good.

TEN MONTHS OLD
This was taken shortly after he started walking. He was so
excited that he could walk, especially before Halloween
so he could walk around in his dragon costume.

ELEVEN MONTHS OLD
This was his very first Thanksgiving feast, and boy did he
have a good time! We gave him a little bitof everything to sample and
then it just ended upall over his face and the tray!
