It probably doesn't look much different than last week's picture, but Chris actually made a lot of progress. After digging all the holes last weekend and a little during the week, he was able to get the posts in the ground and set them in concrete. The weather has been very humid this weekend so they aren't drying as fast as we'd like, but they were dry by the end of the day. He will more than likely cut the posts to the height we need and start laying the boards maybe during the week! It's going very well!

He also tore down the existing stairs since we will be building new longer steps from the existing deck to the new deck. He found quite a few surprises under there including two of Abbey's old toys and a huge black widow! Yuck!
